Hello, Flash Families! ☀️💦

I’m Melissa Koehl, and I’ll be helping coordinate our amazing Flash volunteers this summer!

If you signed up to volunteer at today’s meet, please check in with me when you arrive and I’ll point you in the right direction. We’ve got lots of moving pieces, so being on time and ready to jump right in is greatly appreciated!

If something comes up and you have a scheduling conflict, please try to swap with another parent if possible. It truly helps keep everything running smoothly, and we are so grateful for everyone pitching in to make meets happen for our swimmers.

🧢 Swim Cap Update (a tiny comedy of errors 😅):
We tried a new vendor for caps this year and… well… let’s just say they weren’t exactly our finest moment. 😂 Please don’t get mad at me — I’m just the volunteer messenger! We’ve already ordered replacements, but they won’t arrive for a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, we’ll have the new caps available if you need one, but if you have an old Flash cap hiding in a swim bag somewhere, definitely bring that instead!
